Bitcoin Coders Think of Bringing An End to Memecoins on Platform

The Bitcoin coders are thinking of deploying software that will work as a spam filter and block memecoin transactions. Speaking to Bloomberg, Bitcoin developer Ali Sherief: “I do think the system is being abused. Bitcoin was never intended to serve as a base layer for meme tokens.
